The Plaza Urquiza is the best place in Tucuman, even for a restaurant ... the Belfast has a great terasse alongside of the road which is quite frequented .... I prefer the interior without the rumour and the pollution of the traffic waiting at the trafficlight. They offer a great choice of beer and wines and typical dishes. The quality is good as is the service and You may pay with VISA credit card. We have been there several times. Interesting: they have in the same street a little shop, where You can buy wines, drinks and some dishes even for home service.
