Bidra med feedbackThis Starbucks is very convenient as it provides drive through service. Their drinks are well made. Staff are friendly. Cared to other Srarbucks outlets they often do not have food items available. And I have been given egg bite orders in cups rather than the more typical container at least three times as they do not have the supplies available
I ordered an grande white mocha and was shocked that it cost 5.25 when it's normally 4.95 and not only was it priced more than other places I've stopped at they didn't even make it a full cup it was more whip than anything else. I told the girl it wasn't a full cup she made a face rolled her eyes and had another made for me. That too wasn't a full cup of coffee either. I'm not going there if I can help it. Bad service with eyes rolling when you call em out on thier bad mistakes!!!! Not good for business...

What?s up with the password on your restroom doors? You make it hard for people who doesn?t speak English as first language. I couldn?t clearly hear the numbers the staff were trying telling me and kept coming back because I heard the numbers incorrectly and you staff wasn?t nice enough to come punch in the numbers correctly. This so unprofessional. Not a welcoming environment. Your standard has dropped.
I came in today and ordered my drink that I get daily and I do customize it. Abigail was my cashier and she looked utterly irritated that I a made 3 modifications. So, much so, that I apologized for it. I let it go. I also order a banana bread, not heated please. She walks over, grabs the bread in plastic wrapper, Literally tosses on the counter- no bag, no napkins. And I was like ???? ?can I have a bag? Or a napkin? How I am I supposed to open it and set it down?? She did look Embarrassed. And said ?most people like it so they don?t need a napkin.? Not only was her attitude horrible but she treated me like a dog tossing food at me. I?ve never ever had that happen at any Starbucks and I go to them across the Bay Area.
