The woman working had terrible attitude. I definitely will not be coming back

They forget to add sugar on my boba . I ask them 30% but I got 0% sugar and I hate the taste of it.

No restroom for customers, considering they are open for dine in/sit in. They don't care about their customers' welfare and health. All they care is business..

I have been enjoying your drinks for a while now. However, today, 4/27/23, the young girl working the register between 3-4 pm obviously had no customer service training. Sorry but she was totally grumpy, argumentative, and had a bad attitude. She has no business being on the front line.

I have had milk tea here several time and the quality is consistent. Popcorn chicken was good too.
