They informed us that gluten-free dishes would take a little longer to prepare since they clean the preparation area and utensils thoroughly. When my daughter's meal was served, it had a drizzle of soy sauce. She inquired whether it was gluten-free, and the staff promptly checked, resulting in them needing to take the dish back and prepare a new one. Overall, we felt safe dining there, and the food was quite good.
