Michael's Sourdough Sandwiches

This place is fantastic! I'm truly inspired by how efficiently the team operates. I had the Reuben sandwich while my friend enjoyed the turkey sandwich, and the bread was delicious. Unfortunately, my friend accidentally dropped her sandwich on the floor, but the owners were more than happy to replace it. Thank you, Michaels Sauerteig, for your dedication to your craft and for creating such a comfortable atmosphere!

Absolutely perfect sandwich! The bread is the foundation of any great sandwich, and this place nails it with their sourdough rolls that strike the ideal balance—crispy without being overly hard. The meat and cheese were excellent, while the fresh vegetables, mayo, and mustard added a refreshing touch that complemented the bread perfectly. I had just one person ahead of me in line, and my sandwich was ready within a minute! My only complaint is that there aren’t any locations in San Diego!

An excellent sandwich, spotless restrooms, and fresh food. This is definitely the best deli we've experienced on this trip. Highly recommended!

Super YUM Sandwiches! Get each sandwich on its signature SOURDOUGH bread (perfect texture and taste). I always get her north beach turkey and salami w/ all fastenings!! If you wish a solid deli cream, come here!!!

OMG.. i must say i have never had a fav sandwich shop i mean a sandwich is a sandwich for the most part BUT Michaels sandwiches r my favorite i will never b able to eat subway or jersey m again. The bread is amazing perfect crunch balance with a good meat and misc ingredient ratio. And tge pickle is a must. For a good fresh sandwich wen you want something non fried for lunch or dinner this is a must try. Always accurate, fast service and friendly staff.
