Starbucks - San Rafael

This is my nearest Starbucks where I often meet friends. There are 3-4 outdoor tables available for seating. However, the self-serve station for milk, cream, sugar, and honey is no longer in operation. You have to request the amount of cream or milk when you place your order. The location makes parking easier, and many drivers stop by to pick up their orders. However, West Francisco Boulevard has been converted to a one-way southbound street, which makes it quite inconvenient to access this Starbucks and return to 2nd or 3rd Street.

The team made an error with our order, which is understandable as mistakes can happen. However, Tyler not only rectified the situation but also provided us with a gift card for the difference without us even having to ask. He treated us with respect and courtesy, and for that, he truly deserves a 5-star rating.

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The food was excellent, and I took advantage of some fantastic deals. The customer service was outstanding as well.
