Bishop Ranch 3 - San Ramon

The place is filled with food truck on the weekdays it's a good place to visit for a quick grab and go. I work in Ranch 15 and use the SoBi bikes to get here

Nice architecture and generous foliage surrounds the office buildings.

Bishop Ranch is a professionally-managed modern office complex. It’s a huge complex consisting of several storied buildings with hundreds of offices in each building. The complex has plenty of parking lots surrounding the buildings and a parking structure. Each building has a concierge desk on the second floor. Each floor has a community kitchen, a business lounge and of course restrooms. The management provides free drinks (coffee, tea, water) in the kitchen, as well as amenities like refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (similar to Keurig) and utensils. They request that you place dirty mugs or plates (these are porcelains, not throwaways) after you use them in the dishwasher and they will take care of the rest. The offices are generally small and designed for two or three people. The management furnishes these offices with furniture, telephones and wired- and wireless-internet free of charge (if I’m not mistaken). The ambient is quiet and peaceful, putting you in a good mood to work. I would say the rent runs on the more expensive side (this is just my personal observation) starting at $1,000.
