The burritos were poorly wrapped, with ingredients spilling out, and the $5 side of guacamole came in a tiny sauce cup that was less than half full. This was because the guacamole container was contaminated with cheese and sour cream, and he couldn’t scoop out any more plain guacamole. There was no one at the register, so I had to grab a takeout bag and pack my own food, just eager to leave. When I got to the car, I realized that the kids' quesadilla my son ordered was missing all three sides it was supposed to come with, but I didn’t want to go back in to address it. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle.

We ordered four veggie burrito bowls. After reaching home we found only rice, beans and sour cream on it. The actual order included fajita, guacamole, salsa sauce and other add ons. Only a glimpse of onion and tomatoes were found (like tastingcounter sample). It seems this location has a habit of not delivering right order and also less portion size than dine in. Itseems it is inherited in their business model. Take Out Half Size Dine In Proper Size and cost remains the same. 0 Starsshould be an option. Worst Take Out Service.

This location has always been pleasant, although they've recently added locks to the restroom doors, so you'll need a code to enter now. When it comes to food, it has consistently been one of the better places I've visited over the years.

I would rate this place with zero stars if that were an option. I often order takeout from Chipotle, but my experience here was disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, with spilled food all over the counters, and the quality of the food was subpar. The service was also quite poor. There were a few young staff members who seemed to be new and were unsupervised, which didn't help the situation. My order changed hands five times before it finally reached the cashier. I won’t be returning. There are definitely better options out there.

I like the food, tastes good. The portion is inconsistent though like what one other reviewer mentioned. Untidy workplace. There are ten(10) people-5 in the kitchen and 5 counter the last time i was there and i was the only customer and they still didnt getmy order right. The cashier also seemed uninterested and felt as if i was interupting his day. i am guessing all staff wereunder 25 yrs old. They definitely need adult supervision. Very disorganized, far from the organization at the ?In and Out? whichis more like a ballet. The menu also needs to be more clear. Like somebody from Chipotle corporate should make their menuclearer. The regulars know what they want, but what about the new customers(do you care about getting new customers on board).The menu is somewhat confusing even for someone who?s been coming here every now and then.
