Pho Sam - San Ramon

Combination noodle soup tastes good. Grilled pork chop over rice is a disappointment. The pork chop is dry and hard. Rice is a bit too cold. Don't order it.

ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES. Today I ordered the Veg Noodle Soup to go. The place is dirty and this was my first time here. I should have just turned around and walked out but I gave them a chance. When I got home (2 minutes away) I began putting it together and eating the soup. It was still in the plastic bag that the container was wrapped in. I saw a roach crawl out of the bag and on to my hand. I killed it and immediately called the restaurant. The man that answered the phone started yelling and admitted that many people tell him that and to bring him the roach. I TOLD HIM THAT I AM A CHEF. I THREW THE ROACH AND TISSUE AWAY AND THE FOOD. I WOULDN'T LIE ABOUT THAT AND HE NEEDS TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR IMMEDIATELY. HE KEPT YELLING AND REDUSED MY REFUND. I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. HE HUNG UP CURSING. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND I WOULDNT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO.

Awesome experience and food. The family who runs Pho Sam is wonderful. The number 19 is my favorite.

The pho is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back

The Phở here is tasty and the broth is clear and delicious. Very refreshing. Highly recommended
