This restaurant offers healthy food options, which is great, but the prices are high considering the quality and taste of the meals. We ordered a chicken avocado panini and a chipotle chicken wrap. Unfortunately, neither dish was impressive; the panini, in particular, had an off-putting flavor. The wrap was decent, but nothing memorable. In the end, we could only manage to eat about a third of our food, and the rest ended up in the trash. I always feel bad about wasting food, but we just couldn't bring ourselves to finish it.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. Overall, I found the food to be just average and not worth the price. I ordered a steak hot bowl with a base of pasta and spinach, chipotle sauce, and mix-ins of black beans, corn, red bell pepper, and avocado, which came close to $15. For that price, I expected a bit more. While my bowl turned out decent because I selected ingredients that complemented each other, it didn't have the strong flavor I had anticipated. If you're sensitive to spice, I wouldn't recommend the chipotle sauce, as it packs a punch (I can handle spicy food pretty well). Also, just because you can mix and match ingredients for the hot bowl doesn't mean everything will taste great together. A tip: if you order a hot bowl, consider asking for less sauce, or else your meal might end up swimming in a pool of sauce.

From a vegetarian options perspective there are a lot of options. You can choose from salads, wraps, hot bowls and sandwiches. From a taste perspective, the hot bowls leave a lot to be desired. The sauces are very underwhelming and especially if you choose the tofu hot bowl know that it's literally just sad little cubes of flavorless tofu and the sauces don't help. From a size perspective, the size of the salads are way more desirable than the size of the hot bowl. The hot bowl has a disappointing amount of everything. And it's tossed in a hot pan which is not the same as cooking it in a hot pan. For the price point I would always go salad here in the future.

The best sandwiches and wraps I've had in a long time and I travel all over the country. The seasoning is very flavorful and the Panini style sandwiches are crispy and hot. Definitely give this place a try I will be going back when I'm in the area
