The music is really loud. It's hard to hear them call out orders. The staff are working diligently. They are very friendly. Didn't want to be too early to an event. They were really busy. Decided to try a apple crisp macchiato. I was thinking apple pie with the description. It smelled more alike apple than it tasted. It was not too sweet. I am glad I tried it but would not get another.

The customer service at this location is less than stellar. They were on their phones, talking to each other rather than expediting the customers orders. It was frustrating to watch.

This Starbucks in Diablo Plaza is my most reliable Starbucks that I go to. They never miss, and I've never had a bad experience with the drinks; I feel like they are made perfect every time unlike the many other Starbucks in the area. Not to mention, the staff here has always been very nice. If you need a Starbucks fix, this particular location is the right one to go to!
