Smashburger (plaza Futura)

It's not worth it. We spent 3 people over an hour and a half waiting for you. The food lacked taste. If you want to spend more than an hour waiting for a normal burger, come eat here. Not worth it. Our group of 3 spent over an hour waiting while standing. Once we got there the food was lacking. Come here if you like waiting more than you like food, mediocre food.

Good food. Big portions. Good service. Can't complain. Good atmosphere to be with friends and family.

Good hamburgers. Friendly servers, always looking for you. Service is much better than in the USA. Thank you for being very attentive and polite. Good Hamburger and good service can't go wrong!

Eating is good. The service is OK. There was a fairly large group of people sitting next to us. We waited longer than expected.

Can't complain about food. However I'm a raving fan of customer service... Ana Ruth was the best assistant for us, giving us good options to choose, willing to assist us, joking around with us and providing us a good moment in Smashburger. It was my first time there and she was fantastic. I hope she can be a manager of that place. She made our night and definitely I will go back for another celebration and I hope she'd assist us again... Good job Smashburger and Ana
