Slow service. Pizza arrived at midnight. Staff not always kind.

Unsatisfied. Upon arrival they arranged me in a room other than that agreed before departure, for a failure to the air conditioning system of some rooms. We were in three, namely me, my wife and my 17-year-old daughter. They placed us in a very small room, where you could walk only one person at a time. We still paid as if we had taken advantage of the room that had been assigned to us by phone, without considering that they had arranged us in a lucky room. They asked us to check out at 09.00 in the morning, cisa that never happened to me. I asked to check out at 10.00, but they told me they needed the room free at 09.00, because other customers would arrive. So this morning at 08 30 I go to deliver the keys and ask if we can have breakfast and I'm being asked, with wonder, if we hadn't done it yet. I repeat, at 08.30 in the morning. The breakfast was very scary, with empty croissants, without any cream croissants. Mugs and cups were pretty dirty. Addirittura a mug still had the sign of lipstick, and was there on the table, available for customers. They won't see us anymore, for no reason in the world.

Very close to the highway exit. Clean environment and helpful staff friendly and professional. Ideal location to celebrate small celebrations and/or ceremonies, or simply releasing during a car trip. The property is also equipped with a swimming pool. All this in an excellent value for money. I recommend it.
