I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. As I was driving by the chip shop, I decided to stop for some fish and chips, and I’m so glad I did! It was the best fish and chips I’ve had in ages. The fish was cooked to absolute perfection, and the batter was neither too greasy nor flavorful. Even the balance of salt and vinegar was just right. Unlike many places today that barely give you any seasoning, this one knew how to do it right. If I'm ever driving by again, I will definitely stop back in. It's just unfortunate that I live 60 miles away!
