Coming from a previous restaurant manager, I consider Paige to be an exemplary waitress. My sincerest compliments to one of the best!!

Food was excellent. Service was great. Don't know how they preseason their steaks, but they do it right. If I ever need steak sauce for a TR steak, it wasn't prepared right. I did not need sauce.

Anyone who knows me knows my favorite restaurant is TRH. I am a traveler and have been blessed to enjoy TRH in 11 locations from West to East Coast. And this was by far the worst one I've been to. It took us 1hr and 30mins to be seated. The waitress was awful. She told the cleaning staff to not clean because she didn't want any more tables, which left us eating in a filthy environment. She sat next to us with her parents all night, which she could've used that time to serve another table. My love for TRH has dwindled... but not in all locations, just this one. Unfortunately, I have to drive 3+ hours to the one that i know would not let me down.

Had a great dining experience Saturday 3/9/24. Our waitress Medjina was awesome. All the people complaining about wait times on the weekends just join the waitlist at home, chill then drive up there and text that you have arrived. This way you spend most of your wait time at home NOT standing at the front of restaurant waiting to be seated!!!
