Monarch Mountain Coffee - Sandpoint

This is a cozy coffee shop with a friendly atmosphere. I wasn't a fan of the cappuccino, but the coffee was enjoyable and I really liked the breakfast burrito. I would rate it four stars, especially for the excellent service from the woman who works there.

"First off, the coffee is fantastic. I can’t understand why anyone would choose to cross the street to visit a chain when this gem is right here. Secondly, the service was AMAZING. The barista ensured that our coffee experience was memorable, not just a quick in-and-out. She also went above and beyond by making sure we enjoyed our time in Sandpoint, providing us with extra information about local happenings. I absolutely loved it!"

For every new or existing employee in the area of Sandpoint, who wants to learn and watch exceptional customer service, Cricket offers free lessons every time she is behind the counter. Your customer service capability set place a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Seeing and learning is my advice.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I tried their medium-sized Mayan Mocha with soy milk and an extra shot, and it was fantastic. I’m not a fan of overly sweet drinks, and this one strikes the perfect balance—rich in flavor without being too sweet. It’s definitely my new favorite!

My all time favorite place to get coffee before church on Sundays The lady that works on Sundays is the sweetest lady ever! She turns frowns into smiles!
