Bidra med feedbackAmazing food every time that I go in. They have to portions of a deck. One is open and the other has screen on it. Perfect for someone who doesn't want flies or you can go sit in the sun if you want. Best sandwiches in town
THORS HAMMER PIZZA and NAKED WINGS! You don't need to make anymore decisions! Just go order. Wash it down with one of the great adult beverages and all will be right in the universe.
The hound is a perfect destination for hungry groups. We stopped in after a day on the boat, and the casual ambiance was perfect for our straight off the water look. We were seated right away on the patio. We ordered 3 salads to share, the kale, Cesar, and Greek the kale was my personal favorite, but all were fantastic. The table shared the Thai chicken pizza, and margherita pizza and both were great. The Thai pizza is so hearty that even the biggest eaters in the group were full after two slices. The girls in the group split the yeti veggie sandwich again delicious. The service was great, laid back, and personable staff. Only down side is that it is not dog friendly even on the patio. We had to sit next to the railing and leave the pup on the sidewalk. Overall everyone in our group had a great experience!
You like unique burgers that feel familiar; this is your place!? Outside dinning is a must, but great seating inside. The fries are thin and crispy with the soft middle that I love. So many choices and great staff. Thank you for a wonderful meal!!
I had high hopes for this place. It was OK but I probably won't return due to price vs value. The location is in the heart of downtown Sandpoint right on the intersection on the way to city beach so parking is a bit cumbersome. There was very loudconstruction across the street when I visited but that has no bearing on the review but rather just something to note/plan for. They do have an outside seating area out back facing the river but it was closed due to the construction. I was greeted uponentering and the counter staff that took my order was pleasant. She stated they use mostly locally sourced ingredients. Theyhave a unique soda brand that touts organic but their ice machine was broken so I opted for a shake instead. While tasty, I donot feel the $6 price tag for what I guessed to MAYBE be 8 oz of ice cream to be worthwhile. The fries are similar to cut andsize of McDonald's and get cold rather quickly. The burger presented well but (this is totally a preference statement theburger was pink in the middle and my arms were covered in grease. If you like your burgers done more, I suggest you request it.They also have several drafts on tap. (See photos. NOTE: They do not provide public wi-fi.
