Little Caesars Pizza - Sandy

I ordered a pizza and crazy bread at this restaurant. The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately the crazy bread was disappointing. It seemed like it was only cooked for about 3 minutes and ended up being just a hot bag of bread dough. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will instead go the extra mile to visit the store located at 8700 S 1300 E, where the food is much better and I have never been disappointed.

I will never order from Little Caesars again after they mistakenly delivered someone else's order to me. They were unwilling to correct their mistake and redo my order. The other family who received my order ended up with a large order with additional items such as breadsticks, dip, and drinks.

I placed my order at this restaurant and was mistakenly charged twice. When I tried to get a refund, the staff got defensive and refused to reimburse me despite me showing them the duplicate transactions on my banking app. What should have been a simple fix in the restaurant ended up taking my bank two weeks to resolve. I understand that fast food can be subpar – I worked in the industry just a year ago – but it's important to ensure you're not taking advantage of your customers. The food was not worth the hassle or the wait, so I would not suggest dining at this establishment.

The cheese pizza is always hard and old. Sick of spending money on 3 hour old pizza.Would not recommend.

I ordered online and 15 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done they said they didn't make it. And are starting in then.
