I went for my first time last week and I've been back twice since then : ...I LOVE their acai bowls...and the staff girls are nice and friendly...it's such a cute shop with fun, artsy throwback pictures...really love the vibe...thanks for the great bowlsand nice service !

The customer service was great! All of the women working were very quick and helpful when I visited (Saturday may 14). I had never been to a Roxberry before, and had a lot of questions that were all answered. I didn't love one of my smoothies that wasrecommended to me, but the other one was delicious!

The drinks are good. The prices, especially for receiving three fifths of what you actually pay for, are disappointing. My juice was not filled up as it should be, and a large portion was just foam and then air. Even the foam didn’t fill to the top. I ended up with probably a 16oz when I paid for a 24oz. For $11.46. You need to stop ripping off your customers. It’s absolutely not ok.In response to the owner: To put it simply, no. If I pay for a larger size, I should get a larger size. What’s not fair, is criticizing the customer for reaching out with a general issue. The tone is not needed. There were multiple people that came in afterwards and I was already low on time as I was at the end of my work break and had to leave. I did not want to be rude to everyone still waiting or late to work, as I already spent a decent amount of time waiting for my order. So, I left and reached out here. I just wanted the drink I literally spent $11 on. The employees were very kind and I do not want to bash them as they were doing a great job and retail can be stressful. If you can help resolve the issue, I am more than happy to send an email.

This place is a go-to if you're wanting something refreshing! The drinks have freshly-squeezed juice and leaves you feeling great. My favorite drink so far is the Iron Strong, but you honestly can't go wrong with any of the smoothie options. Give this place a try!
