Venezuela Mia - Sandy

This place is AWESOME! By far the best Venezuelan food we have had in the US. It has a wonderful family owned vibe where they were willing to explain the food and answered all our questions. We will DEFINITELY return and bring our friends. It’s a hidden gem so be ready to look for it amongst the other restaurants!

I find the behavior of the restaurant staff shameful, I went with my wife to eat and they assigned an individual to take care of us as if we were criminals, I know this because after we paid the bill, by the way, we paid it without even checking it, the imitation of The police left our presence, I don't know if they had a bad experience, but the other customers are not to blame, it was a bad experience and I will not return and I do not recommend this restaurant. How humiliating, terrible service.

The presentation of the food was nice but the food was very bland.I asked for water they told me they didn’t have any. I would think water is a basic necessity in a restaurant maybe I’ll come back and give it another

Today I went to lunch because of a post I recently saw on Instagram and I really went to give the money away, I ordered three lunches and drinks. The soup was old and inedible full of fat and salty. The old rice was so old that it already smelled rotten, the terrible roast chicken had been heated badly and had several parts that were cold from being refrigerated. I have been a customer of this place since they started but today I feel like I went to give money to a place with very bad food. I let the person who served us know everything, the very attentive person said that they were trying this thing of selling lunches.

Overall, I had a decent experience. I think the food could have been presented better and in larger portions. The Santa Barbara dish really caught me off guard.
