I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. When I placed my order, the staff showed me each item individually on the screen instead of confirming my complete meal. I pointed this out, and she corrected it, but when I received my receipt, I found that I had been charged for each individual item! Overall, the service was frustrating, and I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. This was a takeout lunch experience that did not meet my expectations.
