The employees are doing their best given the challenging circumstances they face. Unfortunately, no one wants to be a delivery driver due to the poor pay, which is why I recommend not ordering delivery. This issue isn't unique to Domino's; other franchises like Marco's Pizza are experiencing the same shortage of delivery drivers. Instead of leaving negative reviews for the stores, consider urging Domino's corporate—those who make the major decisions—to increase driver wages. It's understandable to feel frustrated, but directing your anger at the wrong people won't help. If you really can't go out to pick up a pizza, consider ordering from your preferred food delivery app like Uber Eats or Grubhub.
