Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sanford

I ordered guacamole for my burrito bowl, but it wasn't included. Additionally, the fajita vegetables were missing from both bowls we ordered, which is my favorite part. We really enjoy these bowls, but we were disappointed that some toppings were absent. I took away one star due to the missing items.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Carne Asada, which costs nearly an extra $4 for the protein. Unfortunately, the meat was so overcooked that it was inedible. The rice and vegetables were so salty that I couldn't distinguish between the two. The entire dish arrived lukewarm, leaving me extremely disappointed.

I received a Burrito Bowl with undercooked rice, making it inedible. Additionally, the chips were stale. Overall, it felt like my order was taken without much care.

Second time in a row I ordered a burrito bowl and they just sent a little bit of chicken in a bowl, nothing else, no rice, toppings, nothing, just a little chicken, for 17 dollars I a few dices of chicken. how can you mess up this bad twice in a row?!

All that was in bowl was Chicken nothing else no rice or beans
