Drive thru only but they do a great job to keep the line moving.

Been ordering the same two beverages at this location every single morning for ten years. Until a year ago, the service was great and the coffees were always made as ordered. For whatever reason, the customer service has become extremely poor, my orderis routinely made wrong, or other than heavy layer of grinds now permanently included in my cup, the staff appear unable toprepare an iced latte that consistently tastes the same.

I tried to call and let you know to check your large iced coffee cups. I visited this morning, and when I got to work, I found that all my coffee had spilled into my cup holder. The cup had a crack running all the way down the bottom.

I just visited the Dunkin' in Springvale and ordered two hot mocha coffees. Unfortunately, the employee at the payment window misgendered my wife. This behavior is unacceptable for any establishment.

Please note that this location is drive-thru only, which may result in slightly longer wait times. However, the service is always very friendly, and the coffee is consistently hot and delicious! You can also place orders ahead of time.
