Pizza Hut - Sanford

Our pizza had no sauce and was so doughy and bland. They forgot our wings and it was a gong show to get those hours after the fact. Delivery time was slow and we just weren’t happy at all. Won’t be returning and that’s too bad because the pizza parlor is in our community.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Note to self: DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HUT ON ST 46. No one greeted me when I walked in. Two employees made eye contact with me and still never spoke. One guy even walked to the front and didn’t say a word. Finally after 10 minutes of just standing there I had to yell “excuse me” multiple times for them to acknowledge me. My pizza was old and cold but wings were hot and fresh. Not worth the money spent.

Never delivered my order!! I called 15 times and only got the loop message about hiring and the dinner box. Horrible location. Be aware.

Pizza Huts web site changes orders to pickup without notice but it keeps the tip added for delivery

I visited this restaurant to order a pizza, but my experience left much to be desired. After she handled my money, the staff member went straight from the cash register to preparing my pizza without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I was taken aback by this and felt it necessary to address the issue. I asked her if she thought it was appropriate to touch money and then prepare food, but she seemed confused about what I was talking about. I had to specifically tell her to wash her hands after handling cash before continuing with my pizza. It makes me wonder if she washes her hands after using the restroom! I will definitely think twice before getting pizza from this place again.
