Shantell’s - Sanford

This place deserves to be cherished! It has the best chicken and waffles on the planet. The chicken alone is a reason for this restaurant to succeed forever. We were greeted by friendly staff and the owner, Shantell, who showed us the VIP lounge. It was beautifully decorated like a cozy living room, complete with a large-screen TV, karaoke, and an excellent sound system! We laughed, we sang, and oh my goodness, did we eat! Thank you, Shantell and the team! We will definitely be coming back soon and often!

I walked in for lunch after a pleasant chat with a friendly gentleman who was holding the sandwich board with the day's specials. I decided to order the fish and chips (Tilapia) to take with me, as I had a busy day ahead. OMG!!! This is the best fish and chips in town! The fish was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, and the fries (steak fries) were my absolute favorite. I also got a lemonade, and I have to know what the secret ingredient is because it tasted just like lemon balm! I highly recommend this place, not just for the amazing food, but also for the incredibly friendly staff and the clean, inviting atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Sorcha was amazing and always smiling!!!! The food was over the head, we had the Ruck chicken sandwich and the chicken and waffles. The best food I ever had at 1:00.

Friday nights are off the hook. Local and headliner comedians. I laughed till I cried. Good food. BYOB. Great mixed crowd of Sanford's best folks. Don't say you have to go to Orlando until you try it!

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family. I was in the mood for chicken and waffles and heard this was the best place. By far the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. Also had the fried green tomatoes were out of this world. You will not be disoriented in any of their food!
