Einfach toll, Essen retten finde ich eine super Idee, und Brot von gestern schmeckt immer noch. Den: Hartes Brot ist nicht hart, kein Brot zu haben ist hart. Just great, I think saving food is a great idea, and yesterday's bread still tastes good. Den: Hard bread is not hard, having no bread is hard.

Äss Bar ist ein Laden der Backwaren vom Vortag verkauft. Optisch alles noch wie neu. Man merkt nicht, dass alles bereits einen Tag alt ist. Die Verkäuferin war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass die hier so viel landet. In Deutschland sind solche Shops teilweise schon zur Mittagszeit fast leergekauft, hier gibt es bis zum späten Nachmittag noch gute Auswahl. Äss Bar is a shop that sells baked goods from the previous day. Everything looks like new. You don't realize that everything is already a day old. The seller was very nice and friendly. I didn't think it would end up here so much. In Germany, such shops are sometimes almost empty by lunchtime, but there is still a good selection here until late afternoon.
