Sunny - Sankt Moritz

From the entrance to the restaurant were the staff fantastic, very attentive and friendly. the menu is small but really interesting with many fish and meat options. we decided to share a series of small tellers and street food as appetizers, which I would really recommend as they try many. the classic seabass ceviche and the crab were highlights. we could see how the chef claudia prepared the food before the kitchen. cocktails were also delicious pisco sour. a wonderful experience and amazing eating.

Claudia brings a refreshing and reciprocating from the typical st. Moritz-Tee. the purvian aromen were complex and the combination of aromen made every bite was a wonderful surprise. several dishes were reminiscent - the yoccas fritas bark and perfectly blinken fried. their kitchen rivals the ones from every big city of the upscale food scene. we're really glad we went there.

Aber eine Servicekraft wollte die zweite Flasche Wein ohne vorherige Kostprobe direkt in das manchmal noch volle Glas einschenken! Das ist natürlich nicht der richtige Weg für ein Restaurant dieser Klasse. Trotzdem können wir die sonnige Bar jederzeit empfehlen. Es war nicht das erste Mal und wird auch nicht das letzte Mal sein. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächste Saison wieder mit peruanischen Speisen verwöhnt werden.“

Several dishes were memorials- the yuccas fritas- beefy and perfectly flash fried. Her cuisine rivals that of any major city’s upscale food scene. We’re really glad we went there.

Empfang, Ambiente, Tisch, Essen und Getränke waren sehr gut. Der Service war eigentlich auch sehr gut, bis auf eine Auffälligkeit: die junge Dame, die uns bediente, wollte die zweite Flasche Wein ohne vorherige Probe in die teilweise noch vollen Gläser einschenken! Das ist natürlich ein No-Go für ein Restaurant dieser Klasse, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten können wir die Sunny Bar jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es war nicht das erste Mal und auch nicht das letzte Mal. Wir hoffen, dass wir auch in der nächsten Saison wieder mit peruanischem Essen verwöhnt werden.
