This place has the best pancakes! Forget about iHop and other breakfast spots; the food here is outstanding. Update: 9/14/22 - Their beef is incredible as well. I find myself eating here almost every day, haha! The servers are fantastic too. It truly is the best breakfast around!

The name really says it all! This charming local diner in SA/OC offers a delightful selection for both breakfast and dinner. It's a family-run establishment that welcomes you with its friendly, bilingual staff and maintains a clean environment. Customer service here is outstanding. When it comes to breakfast, what tugs at your heartstrings more—pancakes or French toast?

I 've been having very good luck here. Tried several different items now Breakfast and Lunch meals both delicious. And always enough for planned-overs . Made a delicious burrito at home with the leftovers.

I love it here at this mom and pop restaurant!! Every time I have gone to eat here it has been busy. The servers always have enough room to seat you so no need for a reservation. All the employees are super friendly and welcoming. This place has the best pancakes, they taste homemade not the mix. They are fluffy and buttery! The prices are so affordable for the amount of food given. I Heart Pancakes is a delightful restaurant for everyone. Come by and fall in love with their restaurant too!

Delicious food, very impressed. We got the eggs Benedict with added sausage, as well as the berries and banana French toast. The eggs Benedict was delicious, and all of the flavors came through, with a creamy finish of hollandaise atop a classic fluffy English muffin, Canadian bacon, and poached egg, it also came with hash browns which tasted good as well crispy on the top, fluffy potatoes underneath. I also really like the 2 pork sausages I added as well $2.50). The French toast was also very good and they were generous with the condiments as well, which is appreciated since sometimes restaurants are stingy with the to go condiments. The condiments included butter, syrup, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. The eggs and bacon on the side were also very good. I recommend stopping by for breakfast, and I would return myself!
