I’m not sure who manages the register area, but it felt quite outdated. There was no Apple Pay option, and employees had to use a computer to figure out the costs at the register. The overall atmosphere there felt a bit off. However, the cashier was friendly and helpful when it came to using my voucher, which she had to enter manually. As for the food, it was decent—not outstanding, but satisfying enough.

The customer service was disappointing. I ordered three burgers, but they forgot to add cheese. Furthermore, the female cashier refused to change my order even just a minute after placing it.

I HATE the fact that they don?t use gloves when someone is making the food. That is very disgusting. First of all, ALL restaurants should require and wear gloves when he/she is making the food. As well, when the employee is at the register, he/she SHOULD NOT be grabbing the food with their hands. They touch things around them and money and that?s SO DISGUSTING. I?m so sorry, the employees were very professional and kind, BUT it?s not a clean surface area especially when someone is touching my food and don?t wash their hands. I get grossed out and I had ended up throwing away my food. Very dirty, don?t recommend AT ALL to eat there, unless if your not picky for people touching your good ?.

Walk to the front counter at 8:37 PM and was told they were closed. Walked over to Charleys Philly Steaks and they happily took my order.

This place sucks. Horrible customer service! I tried to use a easy simple coupon for signing up to the johnny rockets e-club. I asked the cashier if I could get a kids meal hamburger instead of a regular hamburger... She said she didn't know and she needed to take my phone to go ask the manager in the back. I didnt allow her to take my phone. She went to ask him and he said he was too busy to come to the front. So she told me I could not place an order because she didn't want enter the coupon then ahe said it was because obly the manager could do it. Ridculous. Never going to johnny rockets again. I will also be calling or emailing corporate.
