Tía Lola - Santa Ana

I don't even know where to begin. Everything, from the food to the service, was top notch. We ordered multiple appetizers as tapas. All excellent, especially the guacamole and the bacon-wrapped figs stuffed with blue cheese. I will be going back to try more of their unique, interesting and delicious food.

My husband and I got a rare dinner alone and decided to try Lola Gaspar. The restaurant is cool with a long bar, lots of nook tables, and an outside eating area. We had some aquavit cocktails and several small plates, including shrimp and chorizo tacos, Spanish octopus, and guacamole and chips. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Service was nice, but a bit slow. I think they need more waiters. Not a family restaurant, but a great date spot. I will go back.

Had the great pleasure to visit last night! Food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. Highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates to start off. They're huge and bursting with cheese, so so good! We only had Palomas (delicious) and the cocktail menu looks awesome, we'll have to be back! The shrimp tacos were a big highlight as well as the lamb quekas. Really fun date night! Thank you!

Wife I dropped in LG last night around 8PM. We had to wait about 10 minutes, gotta be honest, I was a bit perturbed...but alas, I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing, the Staff are so delightful/cool and super chill. The Lola staff are quite possibly the best restaurant pros I've ever had the pleasure! 3 Young men, ran the evening with friendliness and grace, under pressure, as it was quite busy. Thanks to the 3 Gentleman, we really appreciate you in the front of house, and cook was absolutely perfect! Sad we could have the Octopus tacos, but the barba-coa? #sp was truly delicious! Don't even hesitate, there attention to detail is truly truly spot-on! Thanks Gentleman for making our anniversary supper absolutely stellar! Cheers! *LoLA Gaspar Team!
