Municipal Winemakers - Santa Barbara

Has a wine tasting that went from bright white wines to dark red wines. Overall they were good about an afternoon chat with friends. However, I probably need to make a second visit to try the wine tasting again if it is a rotating taste program. The wines we tasted did not necessarily stand out this day, the notes seemed somewhat mutated. But what was not mute was the mood of the place. This evening they had a DJ on site in the front outdoor area and a really large total energy from the staff and the brothers. Here again another visit must take place.

Great experience in an outdated Bougie area, more comfortable, loved the DJ. More to earth servers. Delicious wine. Loved the red mix.

This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy some wine when we visited in June. Emma was an excellent host, assisting us in choosing some fantastic wines and sharing information about the local area. The terrace is the perfect setting to savor your wine. Definitely worth a try.

Large, sort of industrial punk tasting room with friendly staff and most importantly, great wine. Tasting room staff is knowledgeable and eager to please. The wines are all in the $20 to $40 range, with a variety of reds, whites and exotics. The rose is good, the whites are really good, and the reds are stellar. Not just at this price point, but at any. They have food trucks regularly, and if you can catch one of their events, DO SO. Dave (the winemaker) throws a fantastic shindig. If you're in the area, this is a must visit.
