Bidra med feedbackThe food was delicious. Inside is a little small, but the line moves pretty fast. Depending on what you order, a light waiting period can be. I would rate it 5 stars, but unfortunately the customer service was not the best. Staff in the register could have been more cheerful. Others then so good for a quick stop. One thing I don't like because the one in N out is wrapped right next to him and the line.
BAD SERVICE ORDER THE OUR OF GRUBHUB DRIVER EVENT RAN OUT OF KOFFE AND HOT CHOCOLATE. What they don't rely on, where I OR and one of the KOXEN that let us get out of the old times. WILL NOT EVER ORIGIN OF THIS PLACE IT WAS SUPPOSE, to be a TREAT FOR NEW YEARS EVE for OUR EMPLOYE.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is terrible! You really need to hire people who actually want to work. I went in by myself tonight, and the young woman at the counter was incredibly rude, asking, “What can I get for you?” in an unwelcoming tone. Then she followed it up with a dismissive “WELL?” It made me feel uncomfortable, and she appeared very agitated. I ended up leaving the money on the counter and walked out. I won't be returning to this place!
I ordered an ice cream coffee, and it was absolutely perfect—loaded with extra caramel and cream, plus two Sweet 'n Lows. Usually, when I visit Dunkin', my coffee isn’t mixed well, but Jessica really nailed it this time. The price was also fantastic; we paid under $5 for everything! I plan to return more often and hope to see Jessica again.
I had Dunkin's plant-based breakfast sandwich for lunch, and it was delicious!
