Bidra med feedbackReally great service! We were running out of the house but forgot to print our waivers for the next day. We emailed them to the front desk and she had them printed and ready when we arrive. Besides that, we were welcomed with a great smile. She offered to take our Hilton honors number even though we booked through a third party. No snooty attitude here. The lobby was lively on a Friday night. There was a large group eating in and out from across the streets with a bottle of tequila on the side. They were very chill but just saying the hotel was cool. The rooms were very clean. I liked the soft towels and the beds were Hilton soft. Furniture and overall decor was in line with this price point, and everything seemed well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Offerings were light: omlet toast juice. The highlight was the Hilton waffle makers, with regular or PUMPKIN batter! The main downside was the freeway noise. The building is a radar cup that amplifies truck engine brakes and zooming Harley's. But we were so tired we slept through it.
Excellent place to stay!!!! Nice, clean and good area. Lots of food options. Manager Thomas is a class act and ensured we had everything we needed. Superb customer service!
Overnight stay. Accommodations were fine. TV sound came with what sounds like a ticking time bomb. Other than that. Nice clean stay
Nothing fancy. Pro: no bed bugs. Room has a mini fridge. Cons: thin walls, weird shower floor, dirty smelling room. Upon first arrival, our room had a bad musk to it. My partner and I couldn't decide if it was urine or cigarettes, but either way it was funky. The room was decently clean, I always go in and Lysol my rooms down anyways so that wasn't a problem. My biggest concern is the walls. They are SO. Thin. (Emphasis on how thin they are guys. Im being serious) People chatting outside our room and in the room next to us until almost midnight and chatting it up again at 6am. It's honestly ridiculous that I am sitting here on the bed and can listen in to their entire conversation. I wouldn't want that for myself and I bet their guests don't either. The noise kept me up at night and woke me up in the morning. Overall it's overpriced, with our small room being $110 a night. I attached a photo of the bathroom because I wasn't a fan. If you stay here, BRING SHOWER SHOES! Trust me on that one. Also probably bring an air freshener lol.
Not a hotel for non-smokers! I was on a non-smoking floor, or so I thought. It was bad enough that my throat was irritated. Also, at night it started smelling foul, like sitting next to someone who hadn't bathed in weeks. Weird because I was awakened at midnight by the sound of someone bathing and screaming at the top of their lungs. Ironic because the only reason I decided to stay one night in a hotel was to avoid my daughter's roommate who chain smokes and is up all hours of the night. Needless to say, I could have saved the money and stayed with her. Also, why have check-in from the Hilton app, have me pick my room, change that room just as I arrive, and have maintenance working in it when I open the door?? The maintenance guy was very nice, but is was a little weird and he questioned if I had the right room. You can do better.
