Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Santa Clarita

I hadn't been to Pei Wei in years due to the one closest to where we used to live closing down. I decided to go in tonight since it had been so long and I was so disappointed. The quality of the ingredients has gone done immensely. I ordered the honey chicken. I remember it used to be super crispy and delicious. Tonight it was just soggy and the chicken itself was rubbery in texture. Nasty. I tried my best to find good pieces of chicken so I could actually eat dinner, but with every bite I got more nauseous. I emailed corporate tonight in hopes of getting a refund. Hoping that works out because I truly did waste my money. I would not recommend eating here. It's been about 4 hours since I ate now, and I'm still queasy. I don't think it's anything serious... just an unsettled stomach from the super sugary sauce, chewy chicken, and soggy texture.

The food at Pei Wei is delicious and the customer service is exceptional. We visit the restaurant every other week and highly recommend it.

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant. They offer a wide variety of gluten-free dishes. It's a perfect spot for grabbing a quick and convenient meal.

This was my first time trying Pei Wei and probably the last. It wasn't awful food but was bland and almost totally lacking flavor. Their orange chicken hardly had any orange taste. The egg roll was soggy and also devoid of flavor. Don't waste your time, money, and taste buds on this place.

This place has completely gone downhill since it’s opened up. The quality of the food service and even the uptake of the restaurant is not what it was. It’s become panda express with a fancy menu.
