The customer service is outstanding; the staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking, and it’s clear they enjoy what they do. I pay half the price compared to pricier places, and I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast on your way home. I’m always blessed by the quality of service and food every time I visit. Plus, you can treat yourself to a fresh smoothie without any guilt, as they offer great healthy options.

Just 3 stars... and here’s why! I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. The girl at the counter didn’t say a word; she just turned around, and I had no idea if she even took my order. I only realized she did when I saw her pull out a bagel. After I paid, she didn’t say thank you or anything at all. I won’t be returning. If the owner sees this, I suggest you discuss customer service with your employees. As a business owner myself, if any of my staff treated customers like this, they wouldn’t last long!

I bought a dozen donuts yesterday and definitely regret it. I paid $16.99 for some of the most mediocre donuts I've ever tasted. They were incredibly dry and seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. I chose this place because it was conveniently on my way to work, but I really should have gone to a different donut shop that offers better quality and more affordable dozens. The service wasn’t great, either.

I visited a donut shop in Canyon Country, CA, hoping to get a dozen donuts, but they didn't have any sugar or jelly options available, so I only ended up with half a dozen. To make matters worse, the clerk charged my credit card $910.49! She claimed it was a mistake and that she only charged me $10.49, but she still failed to properly void the initial charge. Now I'm stuck dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge, which has been a real hassle. I'm baffled as to why the clerk or the owner hasn't addressed this significant error yet. I'm still waiting for the dispute to be resolved, and it's really frustrating. Not acceptable at all.
