Mcdonald's Sta. Cruz Highway

The food wasn't always served hot. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but received 10 that were cold and 10 that were hot. I also ordered two double quarter pounders, which took a while to be served and ended up being cold—not exactly the best experience, if you ask me. I've already sent a survey to the corporate office and hope for some improvements. Food: 2, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.
