Horrible customer service. My husband and I were the only people in the store. I said hi to the employees and was completely ignored. I stood by the ice cream refrigerator and there’s was about 7 employees not one of them acknowledged me. They looked at me and kept doing what they doing. So we walked out. That was my first and last time in pacific cookie company. I will definitely be telling my friends and Family to stay away from this place.

Have you heard about the Cookie Monster walking around Santa Cruz? I don't blame him for choosing Santa Cruz to hang out in as we've got an abundance of amazing cookies to munch on. Pacific cookie company which is located downtown serves up freshly baked cookies. They have a variety of flavors to choose from, and even offer 1-2 day old cookies at a discounted price. The staff was very informative and made some great recommendations. I would come here earlier than i did last time as all of their classic chocolate chip cookies were gone. Inside this small shop also serves Marianne's ice cream which can be sandwiched In-between two soft, chewy, and crumbly cookies. The only thing i was disappointed at was that they did not heat up the cookies for you, so i had to wait till i got back to my apartment to devour my cookies. My favorite flavor has to be the peanut butter chocolate chip. My mom was pleasantly surprised as she said that they got the same companies cookies as a gift from our realtor for the past two years, but they tasted stale and dry. However, these cookies were fresh which made all the difference.
