Taco Bell - Santa Fe

It's always bustling with activity, but the wait times aren't long. They've never messed up my order.

When my food finally arrived, part of my order was missing. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. They returned to their antics, and I had to ask again for the missing item. Eventually, I decided it wasn't worth the trouble and left. I will never return to this location and strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.

The young lady who took our order was awesome. We had a large order and she went over it again and again to make sure it was correct . She even offered alternative options. Craziest experience coming from a Taco Bell.She treated us like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant.

The taco shells were stale and the last time I went the person at the window seemed to have other things going on other than work so not very polite or attentive. Seems like this Taco Bell has gone

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It seemed like there were young kids in the kitchen who struggled to read the orders. My burrito came without any of the veggies I requested, and they also omitted the potatoes that I had paid extra for. I chose not to ask them to remake it, as I was concerned about what they might do to my food. I recommend visiting during the day when there are adults on staff.
