TERRIBLE!!!!! This is not the first time that problems have occurred with this pizzeria. Poor service, difficult to access an attendant via WhatsApp, this bot is a headache. Most Ifood delivery orders have a problem and it seems like they have no training in customer service or even working with the app, because it's error after error. I just placed an order for a GG pizza and used a club plan coupon (coupon plan that the user pays monthly on Ifood) and after ordering I sent a message on WhatsApp to confirm if they had received the order and shortly after that they They sent me a message informing me that they were not working with this size, that I had to cancel and order another. They reimbursed me the amount, but the order was not canceled on Ifood, making it impossible for me to use the coupon. I asked if they could give me the same discount as the coupon, since due to THEIR MISTAKE I was unable to use it again, and the pizzeria refused to resolve the PROBLEM THEY HAD CAUSED IN THE FIRST!!!
