Bidra med feedbackI struggled to find the right words to convey my experience at this restaurant, but let me try to paint a picture of the passion that was evident at Colapasta. Stefano, the Italian chef, reminded me of a joyful child eagerly awaiting his mother's homemade lasagna. The care and love that went into each dish brought a warmth to the dining experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we felt welcomed and as if we were old friends. Stefano's excitement for his creations was infectious, and we could see that he truly loved to cook and share his dishes with others. The simplicity and delicate flavors of the ravioli were a true standout, showing that Stefano was more than just a chef - he was an artist in the kitchen. The communal atmosphere of the restaurant made us feel like we were part of something special, and we left feeling as if we had shared a piece of our own history with Stefano. If you want to experience this same feeling of warmth and connection, I highly recommend dining at Colapasta. It's a place where you can not only enjoy delicious food, but also create lasting memories with friends, both old and new.
We adore this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and the service is always outstanding.
I absolutely love the atmosphere of this restaurant. The dinnerware and food presentation are fantastic, and the flavors of the dishes are delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. Keep in mind that they don't take reservations, so you may have to wait, but it is definitely worth it.
The restaurant embodies the essence of Walt Disney's quote: "Whatever you do, do it well." I am a pasta enthusiast, and this place serves the best homemade pasta in Los Angeles, surpassing other popular spots in the city. The menu may be small, but every dish is exceptional. One of my favorites is the simple pasta in tomato sauce, executed flawlessly. I appreciate classic dishes prepared to perfection, and this restaurant excels in that regard. ColaPasta is, in my opinion, the ultimate pasta destination in LA, even if it remains undiscovered by many.
Hot damn that’s good pasta. People hype up pasta all over the west side, and this is uniquely good. I’d take this over anything else in Santa Monica.
