Every morning, stepping into The Coffee Bean feels like stepping into a cozy haven of warmth and good vibe. The team's vibrant personality is like a shot of espresso for the soul, instantly perking up my day. Not to mention Kathy, she sets the perfect tone for a great morning.Not only is Kathy a delight to interact with, but she also ensures that the store maintains impeccable cleanliness. Each member radiates positivity and efficiency, making every visit a seamless experience. However, there's one minor hiccup the girl with the piercing in her face. While her demeanor and nasty attitude might not always match the warmth of the rest of the team, her presence doesn't overshadow the outstanding service provided by Kathy and the others.
Bad service. The cashier is really had no respect to customer! Throw the bad and food to customer!
My experience could’ve been extremely better, all it takes is a little Love, I ordered a mocha frappe with oat milk and a cookie that I probably shouldn’t have ordered lol…. I waited patiently for my order while the baristas prepared orders for individuals who completed orders after I completed my order, these individuals were asked their name to be recognized for their order, which I think is the proper way of knowing if it’s your order, but I wasn’t granted the same opportunity, when the baristas thought I had waited long enough they announced Mocha Frappe, I knew it was mine’s because everyone else was asked their name for their order. When I grabbed my drink the barista said sorry for the wait to confirm that they knew I was waiting, what a way to show customer appreciation. I like the dark roast at the coffee bean. That's what I asked for. A member of staff poured the drink from a container that said Light. I want dark roast, I said. She assured me it was dark roast. She lied, it was light. This is a reputable coffee shop. They employ lazy, stupid, people who think their customers can't tell the difference between dark and light roast.
