Three On Fourth - Santa Monica

The scrambled eggs with sea urchin and truffles are a breakfast/brunch dream—absolutely delicious. The duck egg and frisée salad is nearly flawless. The waitstaff is friendly and impressively knowledgeable; our waitress delivered an expert explanation of the cheese plate's ingredients, reminiscent of a seasoned cheesemonger. The sommelier also deserves special recognition for recommending an excellent Alsatian white wine, despite his unsuccessful attempts, along with every bachelor in Alsace, to win the vintner's daughter’s heart.
