Kfc - Santa Paula

It's a typical KFC experience. I don't have any major complaints, but every time I visit, they always get my main meal right, yet my sides are consistently wrong. They could definitely improve in that area.

I placed an order for pickup at 6 PM but when I arrived, my food hadn't even been started. When I reviewed the order at home, I noticed that both meals, which were supposed to include fries and sauce, were missing these items. I'm very disappointed with the service and the food.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. To start, they didn't provide a paper receipt and were out of butter. However, what truly frustrated me was my order of the famous bowl. I specifically requested it without chicken and gravy, and to be gluten-free, but they forgot my instructions and included chicken. Due to my health issues, I cannot eat gluten, so I was unable to enjoy my meal. If I hadn't checked my food before eating, I would have unknowingly consumed gluten and could have become quite sick. Additionally, I was told that everything was in the bag, but I later found out that my biscuits were missing. Overall, the experience was very upsetting and disorganized.

It's KFC, what can you say? I tried the new chicken sandwich, but was left hoping for more.

Chicken is delicious as we all know everything fried and breaded is always good. Lol. 4 stars because they are always out of something at this location, if its not chicken patties for the sandwiches is salsa or an item from the side order menu.
