The service feels zombie-like when you ask for help. They often forget essentials like napkins, straws, ketchup, or other items, which can be quite frustrating.
I go 2-3 times a week Monday thru Thursday and the girl woman on headset knows her stuff .always greeted with a good morning.More should be like her
I waited 20 minutes at curbside for my order after placing it. When I finally got it, items were missing and food was cold. I used the app and it would’ve been faster to use the drive thru- especially since it was empty. Why has McDonald’s gotten so bad? They charge top dollar but never get my orders right.
I come here often for breakfast, it's always 10-15 min to get your order. I typically place my order on the app and go inside for pickup. It's amazing how mcds has designed their restaurants to completely ignore customers. It will never fail customers constantly ignored and just end up leaving. Typically the older crowed who is not comfortable using the touch screens. I have tried helping them a couple times but they just get frustrated. The people working are working running around trying to bet the timers for the drive thru just don't have enough help. Adding a shift would probably generate more revenue and keep return business. Corporate needs to stop looking at their analytics and actually come into their stores and see what's happening. Today's order. My order today today took 19 minutes
