Dunkin' - Santa Rosa

I was skeptical reading the reviews but ordered anyway. My order was all correct. My sandwich was still warm, donut holes were random and I even got a couple pumpkin which was nice, and my drink was perfect. I do wish we could order specialized drinks instead of trying to build you own since my pumpkin latte wasn 't the exact same.

I was disappointed with the donuts. Smaller and flatter than the donuts from Tans or Jelly Donut , and what kind of glaze are they using, it 's almost transparent. Won 't be ordering from Dunkin again!

Put my bagel in the toaster backwards so the seeds were burnt and inside raw

I ordered a dozen donuts and they subbed out 4 vanilla crème filled for different items. This is why I ordered in the first place--to eat again my childhood fave. They also forgot the Apple fritter I ordered . All donuts were stale tho this could be my fault, for ordering late.

Apple Fritter small like a donut and had no apple pieces. Was like gas station quality. Paid 2.50 for dollar store level. Won't get again. Overall, quality of all wasn't great.
