El Pollo Loco - Santa Rosa

I'd give a zero star if I could. We were charged $5.01 for s simple bean and rice burrito, and when we received it the thing was smaller than anything you'd receive for a $1 at tacobell. Needless to say we asked for a refund and went to tacobell where we can actually get enough food thats at least $5 and be full

What can I say about El Pollo Loco awesome food and friendly atmosphere and staff the chicken is always awesome at El Pollo Loco if you want good food go to El Pollo Loco and the restaurant is always clean thank you so very much El Pollo Loco you guys are awesome please keep up the awesome work your friend CHAD DOUGLAS WHITEHURST

The food is good. Not so much on the drive thru service

First time.... great customer service. The employees smiled on their faces. Love that you have a summer to deny your knowledge, your food is ready and food was great.
