Starbucks - Santa Rosa

This is the only one I have experienced very slow, careless crew

This location is usually pretty quick when it comes to ordering, but the only thing that is dissatisfying is the fact they have no oven warmer. My main thing in the morning is a warmed pumpkin loaf, getting a cold one is not as tasty?

Actually better coffees recently. Standard Starbucks fare no surprises.

I get better tasting coffee from McDonald's for a whole lot less money. Maybe they should change their name to: STAR-YUKES

Came in with reusable cups and they used a plastic cup for measurements, and then we're going to throw it away. Completely missing the point of the reusable to help stop plastic waste. First time this has happened before so I think the workers just don't know.
