Starbucks - Santa Rosa

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is well-trained, professional, and friendly, consistently delivering excellent customer service. I'm not sure if this location serves as a regional training center, but they definitely should consider it. Although it can get quite busy, I've never been let down by the experience or the drinks. I especially want to give a shoutout to Vince and the morning crew for keeping everything running smoothly and crafting the best drinks. Seriously, just look at this drink. It tastes as amazing as it looks!

This restaurant is conveniently located near our home, so we visit frequently. On this occasion, we used the drive-thru, which was very quick. The young man at the window was also very friendly.

Clean restaurant but staff needs to improve their quality. Everytime I go they mess up.

Oh boy don 't go not worth it! Why get in line to get in line to stand around because they won 't tell that your $6 coffee is ready, you have to ask alot.. No name on the cups they don 't know who 's are who 's and the place looks like a break room gone all bad
