Wendy's - Santa Rosa

As others have noted, this location appears to compromise significantly on food quality. The chicken was not fresh, had a rubbery texture as if it had been sitting out for several hours, and lacked any crispiness. The fries were also cold. At least they are consistent in maintaining their low standard of quality.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich I ordered was quite hard and difficult to bite into. Additionally, the sides felt a bit cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while.

The salad was excellent, but I was disappointed with the burgers this time. They were small and lacked sufficient sauce and cheese—I almost thought I had received the wrong order. The baked potato was undercooked and didn’t come with sour cream, and I also didn’t get any of the dipping sauces I ordered.

Added blue cheese to my burger. Wasn't expecting them to add that much in between each layer of my burger. I swear it was on the bun, both sides, and both sides of each patty.....kinda wanted to taste the burger too

+It always amazes me how quick the service is at this place! -They do focus on the drive thru so dine-in service takes a bit longer. +The dining room is kept clean and has nice, solid wood, tables and seating. -You have to get an employee to unlock oneof the restrooms for you and there is no lock on the inside. So, concern would be that an employee could potentially unlock andopen the door for another customer... +The staff is always friendly and will work quickly to resolve any order discrepanciesthat may occur.
